Add all ingredients to a shaker, wet shake and then dry shake, and serve straight up in a beautiful Coupe. As a garnish, scent the top of your cocktail with a spray of Absinthe.
- 50ml Golden Ratio
- 12.5ml Ginger Syrup
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Egg White

Add all ingredients to your shaker and give it a good shake! Fine strained and served straight up in a beautiful Coupe. Garnish your cocktail with a grapefruit zest.

- 25ml Grapefruit Juice

Rum Old Fashioned
Add all ingredients to a stirring jug, add ice and stir until chilled. Add ice to a rocks glass and strain your cocktail. Garnish your cocktail with buchu leaves.
